Hilary Duff is born September 28th, 1987. Houston, Texas is the place where she was born. Her fame quickly grew and became among the top and most well-known and beloved actresses of our moment. She is the second daughter of Susan Duff and Robert Erhard Duff as well as her younger sister Haylie Duff.
