Katherine Jean Bolduan, also popularly known as Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is a broadcast journalist from America. She also co-anchored the CNN on weekdays mornings New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of CNN's award-winning coverage of presidential elections 2012 and the 2016 presidential election. She also worked in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. During her membership for the Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported about the legislative process and other congressional activities, including negotiations to increase the debt ceiling for federal government and super committee deliberations. In addition, Bolduan served as a general assignment reporter and covered such topics as the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme court's decision on Obamacare and the 2009 implementation of the stimulus plan. She was appointed a CNN Newsource national reporter in the year 2007. As a national correspondent she was responsible for breaking news coverage and feature news to more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. Her previous assignments included NBC News MSNBC, WTVD-TV and WTVD-TV. Her current residence is New York City along with her husband, two kids and parents.
