Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding is a British artist and singer. She was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986, in Hereford. She gained the attention of the world in the year 2010 by releasing her hit singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding rapidly rose to the top of the charts with her energetic electronic pop. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding's soprano quirk and capacity to create catchy and emotionally sincere songs puts her at the forefront for modern mainstream music, as well as an independent and artful pop. Polydor Records signed her to an agreement with a record label and she was preparing the debut album.
